Setup your chose template on ProNovo CMS or osCommerce. Upload / Format your website content and contact form. Upload / Format your product database. Go live with your web site. We endevour to complete your site within 7 days of receiving all of your content.

	Who hosts and supports my website? Your website is hosted and supported by Equinox eBusiness Solutions, one of Irelands leading and longest established web development agencies, with over 11 years experience.

	Who develops ProNovo? ProNovo content management system is developed by Equinox eBusiness Solutions, one of Irelands leading and longest established web development agencies, with over 11 years experience.

	What happens if I have a problem? We provide email support from 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. support@pronovo.com

	Are there other templates? The templates we use are from templatemonster.com. There are 1000's of templates but not all are suitable for ProNovo, so we have picked the one's that are. If you like a different template, that's not on our site, simply send us the number and location and we will let you know if we can work with it.

	What payment gateways can I use? We can hook your osCommerce site up with a wide varity of gateways including, Realex, WorldPay and PayPal, to name a few.

	Can I use a different template then the ones on this site? Yes you can, but you'll need to run it by us first to see if it's suitable.
